Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is usually completed within 1-2 business days.
During particularly busy periods, especially throughout December, processing and delivery times may be extended. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days during these periods.
While we always strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather or courier network disruptions. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Scottish Highlands & Islands
Orders being delivered to the Scottish Highlands and Islands are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is usually available from 10:00pm on the day your order is dispatched. You will receive tracking details by email once they become available.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier will make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the items ordered. If you still require the goods, a new order will need to be placed and the applicable delivery charges paid again.
You will receive advance notification of your scheduled delivery date and time. If you are unavailable, you can usually:
- Reschedule your delivery.
- Choose a safe place for delivery.
- Arrange collection from your local depot.
Northern Ireland Deliveries
Due to the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR), we are unfortunately unable to ship orders to Northern Ireland from 13 December 2024 onwards.
In-store Collection
In-store collection is available free of charge on all orders.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to collect, which is usually within 24 hours during store opening hours. Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.
Orders not collected within 30 days will be cancelled and refunded.
