Frequently Asked Questions
You should normally receive your order within 1-2 business days. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday that day, using a next day service. If you place your order after this, on a weekend, or on a public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next business day. You can view our delivery page for more information.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. You can also view tracking information from your account.
You can return your order by post or in-person to our store. Please make sure to include the returns form. You can view our returns page for more information.
Once we have received your returned item(s) we will process your refund in 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification when the refund has been processed. You can view our returns page for more information.
We are open from 10am until 5pm 7 days a week.
