Delivery

£4.95 delivery charge for orders under £100. Free delivery for orders over £100.

You should normally receive your order within 1-2 business days. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday that day, using a next day service. If you place your order after this, on a weekend, or on a public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next business day.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will be dispatched using an alternative courier so please allow an extra 1-2 business days.

Tracking information from our courier is normally available from 10pm on the day of dispatch.

During busy periods (e.g. Christmas) delivery may take longer than usual due to courier demand.

In-store Pickup

In store pickup is free. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours and can be picked up during normal store opening hours.  Please bring one form of personal identification e.g. driving license or utility bill and your pickup confirmation email. Orders that are not collected within 30 days will be returned and a refund processed.
